Today, we had lunch at Mingles @ Velocity while Wayne is on reservist. It started off happily, but halfway when I get Breia to pick the ice cream flavour of our dessert (which we are sharing), Adelle is unhappy as she didn't get to pick her choice. I explained to her that she is having a flu, hence not recommended to have the ice cream, and secondly, most of the time she gets things her way so this time round, I am letting Breia have her choice.
She sulk for awhile, but was ok after I allow her to have some ice cream :p. But the main thing I wish my girl can learn is that she cannot always get things her way. In life, you don't always get things your way, you have to accept it and give way sometimes.
I hope Adelle can understand this principle and be a happy girl as she grows.
